What We Treat

Our Services

Spinal Adjustments

A specific, controlled force applied to any of the 24 vertebrae using a chiropractor's hands (or an instrument) to mobilize a fixation or misalignment of a joint. The goal of this is to improve the motion of your spine, thereby releasing pressure off of discs, and improving your body's overall function by releasing pressure off the nerve that exits above and below the fixated joint that can cause radiation to arms and legs, disrupt organ function, and inflame muscles or tendons.

Cupping

Uses a silicone, plastic, or glass cup that creates a vacuum on the skin causing the skin to redden when blood vessels expands. It allows blood to rise to the superficial layers to allow for oxygenation of the tissues. When this happens, the muscles relax. Beneficial for those with arthritis, fibromyalgia, high blood pressure, migraines, varicose veins, and muscle strains.

Extremity Adjustments

A specific, controlled force applied to any joint of the extremities including hands, wrists, elbows, shoulders, hips, knees, ankles and feet resulting in improved function, increased ROM, and decreased pain. Beneficial for those with peripheral neuropathy/radiculopathy (numbness, tingling, weakness), plantar fascitis, and arthritis causing extremity pain,

Myofascial Release

Hands-on soft tissue manipulation that involves applying gentle, sustained pressure to stretch tight and sore areas thus, eliminating pain and restoring motion. It increases venous return and lymphatic drainage of toxin release. Beneficial in restoring tissue health, increasing ROM and improving  function.

Dry Needling

Uses fine acupuncture needles to "deactivate" painful trigger points (or knots) and spasms by eliciting a "twitch response" followed by long-lasting periods of relaxation. Beneficial for extremity dysfunction, plantar fascitis, arthritis, disc herniation and much more.

Athletic Taping

Used for protection and stabilization of joints. Also, depending on the technique used, taping increases lymphatic drainage thereby aiding in the decrease of inflammation and swelling. Beneficial in transmitting neurofeedback via sensory receptors to train and rehabilitate support structures of the spine and extremities.
